Sparkling traditional method
Our Tressilliant Cuvée is a unique sparkling blend produced at the Domaine according to the traditional craft method. Chardonnay and Tressallier, quintessential varietals of the Saint-Pourçain vineyard, combine here into an authentic and well-balanced sparkling wine. With elegant bubbles, refreshing fruit aromas and a supple mouthfeel, Tressillant will make for a great festive evening. Serve between 8 and 10°.
BULLES DES CHAMPS
From Nemours poppy
Our vintage Bulle des Champs is the result of a unique recipe developed by us, combining the freshness of a sparkling traditional method with the sweetness of poppy syrup from Nemours. From the opening, its pretty pink hue, its flowery perfume and its fine bubbles will transport you to the heart of a walk through the fields. Acidulated and slightly sweet, this pleasure wine is ideal to consume as an aperitif or dessert. To be served very fresh, between 4 and 6°.
